We have been doing business with Haddad Financial Services and the Chamber of Commerce Group Insurance Plan since 2006. The Chamber Group Insurance Plan has been a good choice for us and our staff, giving them great health and dental coverage.

Tanglefoot Veterinary Services joined the Chambers benefits plan to offer to its eligible employees in 2015.
Although the business had grown substantially from its humble beginning in 2009, Tanglefoot still has fewer than 10 eligible employees for the benefits plan. While the Tanglefoot Cranbrook clinic continues to grow, a new Tanglefoot clinic in Fernie opened its doors in 2016, and by late 2018 we had almost 20 employees on the Chambers Plan.
With such growth, it was time to re-evaluate if the Chambers Plan was still the best bang for the buck for our employees.
In the fall of 2018 we approached our benefits advisor, Cora Tschetters of Haddad Financial Services and she spent a huge amount of time comparing six different top benefits providers who were suitable for a business of our size. In the end, with Cora’s assistance and advice, we changed to a different plan. Interestingly, the plan that was best for us and our employees was in fact another Chambers of Commerce plan.
In addition to providing better benefits and a lower overall premium for our employees, the Chambers Plan has a few special benefits that many other plans do not, including travel medical insurance within Canada when referred to an out-of-region specialist, as well as overseas travel insurance regardless if traveling for work or pleasure.
